A Guide for Your SevenDolls Kitten’s First Days

Bringing a SevenDolls kitten home is an exciting moment. The following guide is designed to help ensure a smooth, safe, and stress-free transition for both you and your kitten.

1. Preparing Your Home

Before your kitten arrives, we recommend setting up a quiet, enclosed space where they can gradually adjust to their new environment.

Please prepare:

• A clean litter box (placed away from food and water)

• Fresh water and appropriate kitten food

• A comfortable bed or blanket

• Scratching posts and safe toys

Limiting space during the first few days helps your kitten feel secure and confident.

2. The First 24–72 Hours

It is normal for kittens to feel shy or cautious at first.

Allow your kitten to explore at their own pace.

• Avoid overwhelming introductions

• Keep noise levels low

• Let the kitten come to you naturally

• Maintain a consistent feeding and litter routine

Patience during this period builds trust and emotional security.

3. Feeding & Nutrition

Please continue the diet recommended by SevenDolls during the initial transition period.

Any food changes should be made gradually over 7–10 days to avoid digestive upset.

Fresh water should be available at all times.

4. Litter Training

SevenDolls kittens are litter trained before going home.

• Use unscented litter

• Scoop daily and clean regularly

• If accidents occur, gently guide—never punish

Consistency and cleanliness are key.

5. Health & Veterinary Care

Your kitten will go home with:

• Age-appropriate vaccinations

• A veterinary health check

• Deworming as recommended

• Microchip information

• Complete medical records

We recommend scheduling a well-kitten exam with your veterinarian within the first week after arrival.

6. Safety & Indoor Living

For their safety, SevenDolls kittens are placed in indoor-only homes.

Please ensure:

• Windows and balconies are secured

• Toxic plants and small objects are removed

• Electrical cords are protected

A safe environment allows your kitten to thrive with confidence.

7. Bonding & Socialization

Ragdolls are affectionate and people-oriented by nature.

• Spend quiet time together daily

• Gentle handling helps build trust

• Respect your kitten’s boundaries

Strong bonds are built through calm, positive interaction.
